Katalogauszug „7. Skulptur Triennale Bingen“: Diese Schriftbilder lassen sich wie kleine Stillleben verstehen, als Mini-Alltagsdramen oder als Porträts abwesender Personen. 2025 ließ Judisch gefundene Einkaufszettel auf handgeknüpfte Wandteppiche aus Wolle übertragen. In Bingen wird das Ganze nun in schweren Sandstein gemeißelt zu sehen sein – in einen Stein, der das typische Notizzettel-Format hat und enorm vergrößert aussieht, als wäre eine steinerne Einkaufsliste vom Himmel ins Gras gefallen, vielleicht einem Riesen aus der Hosentasche. Die Nähe zum Grabstein verleiht der Skulptur einen ambivalenten Unterton: eine Botschaft, die ihren Verfasser oder ihre Verfasserin wahrscheinlich überlebt und als Kunst von Vergänglichkeit, der Banalität des Lebens, aber auch von der Einmaligkeit jedes Augenblicks erzählt.“ Oliver Koerner von Gustorf

Excerpt from the „7th Bingen Sculpture Triennale“ Catalog: „These textual images can be understood as small still lifes—as miniature everyday dramas or as portraits of absent individuals. In 2025, Judisch commissioned found shopping lists to be transcribed onto hand-knotted wool tapestries. In Bingen, this concept will now be on display, chiseled into heavy sandstone—a stone block cut to the typical dimensions of a small note slip, yet vastly enlarged; it appears as if a stone shopping list had fallen from the sky into the grass—perhaps having slipped from a giant’s pocket. Its resemblance to a tombstone lends the sculpture an ambivalent undertone: a message likely to outlive its author, serving as a work of art that speaks of transience, the banality of daily life, yet also of the singular uniqueness of every passing moment.“
